2.Major events that have shaped the culture. This could include both domestic and international events, depending on the group you are researching. include aminimum of four events.

3.Court cases that involve members of the sub-cultureand incidents in the workplace. Include a minimum of two cases and the impact this had in the workplace. Make sure to include background information on the cases including
what led to their filling the suit, if there was a settlement and what was the end result?

5.Any considerations to better lead this sub-culturein the workplace. Knowing what you know now about this group, what policies, practices, programs, would you put in place to ensure these individuals feel valued, respected, and understood in the workplace?How would you ensure that managers and supervisors have the skills to lead this group effectively?
