• background – using a social justice lens, explain the evolution of the healthcare system in Aotearoa New Zealand that has delivered Māori health continuing to track inequitably alongside health of non-Māori (+/- 550 words) (LO2)
• current situation – synthesis data from current research to reflect on Māori health experiences in primary health care (+/- 550 words) (LO3)
• discussion – discuss how Tino Rangatiratanga has (or has not) been and how it could be applied to meet the needs of Māori patients more effectively and whānau (+/- 550 words) (LO4)
• application to practice – in response to the key points of your article, explain how you will (or have) adapt/ed your practice to integrate Tino Rangatiratanga (+/- 550 words) (LO5)
• The article must integrate research and relevant high-quality up-to-date literature to support your arguments (LO6)
Must use current sources- no more than 5 years old.
