In this paper you will demonstrate a deeper understanding of the course concepts captured in
your selected case study. This paper should consist of themed discussion on how you would
address the situation, both potential positive and negative outcomes or impacts of the situation.
Using theories and concepts presented throughout ensure you integrate a personal critical
reflection on your approach supported by current research and literature which should be an
expansion of the information presented in the synopsis submitted earlier in the term.
You are required to provide academic support for the critical analysis presented. You must find
two separate external references (see Annex A for definition of external reference) to support
your paper. Provide a brief and concise overview of the supporting reference articles and
indicate how the reference articles support your analysis of the case study. Note that you will be
assessed on the pertinence of the selected reference article with regards to how it supports
your analysis of the selected case study in addition to the accuracy and clarity of your critical
assessment of the situation.
Format
The Term Paper for this course must be double-spaced with 1″ margins all around. Length is to
be 2000-2500 words of text (excluding title page and reference page). A title page and
reference page must be included and formatted in accordance with the APA 7th edition
requirements.

formatting your paper and citing all sources.
