This study aims to explore how hospitality tertiary schools (including lecturers and leadership) promote innovation through their practice (and curriculum design?), so students are “equipped” with innovative thinking when they leave school and go to their work placements. Hospitality industry is a huge, overcrowded industry and innovative thinking can make a candidate to stand out from the crowd. The sample for this study is key people from Swiss higher education institutions which have a proven track in educational innovation.
