While many couples or families experience these stressors throughout their lives, not all deal with them well. For this post select one of the stressors above and reflect on the possible ways that a family can handle such a stressful event.
Describe and discuss one positive and productive strategy to handle your chosen stressor, and one harmful way to respond to it. In your discussion, focus on the family as a unit rather than on individual family members’ responses.
