TITLE: With reference to a city of your choice, in which gentrification has taken place, to what extent do the consumption-based and production-based explanations of gentrification help you to understand the changes that have occurred?
Requests:
– preferably don’t choose London as the city of choice
– include a bibliography at the end of the essay
– Attached is my reading list, I must use the 2 ‘Essential’ readings which I circled in Red. The idea of the Essential reading is to provide me with a starting point of how to tackle the essay. They explicitly explain consumption base vs production base ideas. Please include and reference ideas from those.
