Part 1: After having discussed the ideas of what gender, sex, and sexuality “essentialism” is, and queer theories understanding of “constructed” identities, please describe the difference between essentialism and constructivism. After describing essentialism and constructivism, construct an argument for whether you think gender, sex, and sexuality are biological and/or socio-culturally constructed.
