You need to analyse the various HR functions and the strategies of the organisation while also considering the external factors that may be impacting upon its HR practices.

•Compare and contrast the different methods by which individual and team performance can be monitored and assessed against objectives, and

•Explain the purpose of providingvalid and realistic feedback to individuals and teams, and analyse and evaluate how this can impact on performance.

•Evaluate talent management policies and practices for differing contexts or industries.

•Design policies and solutions applicable to differing contexts and industries.
