Ignorance of the law should never be excused. Kevin talked about this in this week’s Career Connection video. The First Amendment was written in a time where communication was face-to-face or written in a letter. The forefathers could not have anticipated the types of technologies available today.
Provide two examples of how people are using or abusing these mass media laws today.
Consider the ethical implications as well the legal.
Would you suggest changing these laws to fit modern day society. Why or why not?
