Topic: Individual critical reflection and developing a personal development plan (PDP)
Task: This assignment is an individual critical reflection and personal development plan (PDP) which will focus on your plans for your leadership development post MBA. It will include a synthesis of key learning about yourself, your values and motivations, and leadership practices derived from the various diagnostic tools and feedback received throughout the module.
The portfolio will include a detailed assessment of your personal strengths and areas of development, particularly in relation to leadership and management. Based on your personal analysis and research on leadership development, the portfolio will also include a detailed and customised leadership development plan.
To assist you in this coursework, we will ask you to fill several self-diagnostic tools throughout the module and give you the opportunity to discuss your results and reflections with a paired ‘buddy’. Throughout the module we ask you to record your reflections and insights as means to compile material for this coursework.
