Task:
You are required to select a European organisation and to develop a strategic review of its external and internal environment and the related issues it faces. You are free to determine your own structure for this study, but in doing so please address the following four stages:
Select a business or not-for-profit organisation and provide a section describing its main operations.
Using theories, complete an external and internal analysis and identify the key issues or trends that are most influencing the sector in which the organisation operates.
Critically evaluate the suitability of selected theories to develop a strategic review of a company’s external and internal environment.
Determine and explain possible strategic options, and offer recommendations to the chosen organization.
