Make a list of them and rank them according to their potential usefulness for an Academic library.
These should include in-person reference questions, telephone reference questions, virtual reference questions, reference department staffing and duties, readers’ advisory services, assessing and improving reference services, etc.
Write a 3-page paper on your top 3 choices and how these services will be used in your library.
Use at least three sources, one of which can be your text. Use APA 7 in-text parenthetical citations and include a bibliography of at least three sources in APA 7 bibliographic form.
For suggestions for articles to support your paper refer to the bibliographies in your text at the end of each chapter.
