Requirements:
Based on you Goals Statements and sample workouts, construct your own two-part workout plan.
1. Create a workout plan that includes the warm-up as well as the reps and duration of any exercises they plan to incorporate in the workout. Demonstrate an understanding as it relates to continued physical activity and progress towards long-term goals.
2. Provide scalable options for each exercise in your plan. This means you should include a beginner, intermediate, and advanced option for exercises.
