SECOND QUESTION:
A fellow project manager, over coffee, confides with you that her project (about 11 months in length) is significantly behind schedule. Her leadership asked for her to generate a complete list of ways she might optimize the schedule and get it back on track. Using the book, the PowerPoint Master Deck materials, as well as your own ideas, generate at least seven ways projects can optimize or shorten their timeline to return it to plan. Give a one sentence explanation of each.
