McCarthy argues against DOJ’s claim of “systemic racism”, do you agree or disagree? Why? What other factors do you identify with in his article and how do they align with the current situation in many police departments?
Stewart illustrates best practices and initiatives by the Trump Administration as a step towards fixing some of the issues facing American law enforcement.
