The final paper is a either historical research or a futurist research (depending on the period or periods you choose to include). This paper needs to corporate how the exploration for the US Railroad systems helped to develop and expand our communication systems to what they are today. From developing the transcontinental railway to opening up economies for cities. From above ground lines moving across the usa to developing underwater exploration and having underwater communication lines.
