1. View the video above. Referring to the leadership theories in Chapter 10, create an effective, well supported argument (comparing concepts of the leadership theory to outtakes from the video). Your argument should cover which of the theories (featured in the text) most closely resembles the leadership approach the speaker in the video is advocating for. Avoid merely summarizing/quoting aspects of the text. Instead, apply those aspects to support your own argument.
