Home Care Aged care is an organisation which operates 10 Aged Care facilities in Victoria .Home Care prides itself in being the Premium Aged care provider in Victoria and aims to provide a home like environment for the residents . The organisation employs around 10,000 staff members across the 10 sites and also the head office and support roles. HR team including the HR manager is based in the head office and not on site of the 10 sites so the site managers have to do all the ground work before involving the HR manager which is usually in the later stages of serious disciplinary performance management.
