Final Report
Carefully review all the strategies that we used to reduce stress, (time management, meditation, exercise, yoga, D E S C, etc.) and write a report on which strategies you will use to try and reduce your stress. You must be very specific. You may refer to previously written logs for some information, particularly log 8, in order to focus on the clarity of your stressors and which areas of your life they appear.
Use at least one reference sources (books, magazines, newspaper.) You must footnote each reference.
