Comparing the buffer capacity if mixing Phosphate and Carbonate buffer in different ratio under conditions of human blood at pH 7.4 and 37℃
Kindly do a literature review about the importance of maintaining pH, the osmolarity in blood (all the ions concentration etc.), importance of osmolarity, how the body maintain pH (Mix system of carbonate and phosphate). Explain the buffer system with equations and all. Include all relevant background information. and pH graph etc.
