This assignment is a PowerPoints presentation with a chosen case study and a 30 minutes voice recording to explain all slides.

There has to be explanatory notes , to explain each slides.

LO 1 Demonstrate application of the nursing process in caring for adults with complex care needs, their families and carers.

LO 2 Discuss the knowledge and skill required in order to refer people safely to other professionals within a range of health and social care organizations to deliver best adult-centered health outcomes.

LO 3 Ensure that legal and ethical issues, including safeguarding of vulnerable adults, are taken into account when making decisions in partnership with the person, family, carers and other professionals.

LO 4 Integrate knowledge of biosciences and pharmacology when engaging in the collaborative evaluation of care and have the confidence to make changes to adult nursing care using best available evidence.
