Principles of Sustainability (Denmark)
Description
Each student will follow the systematic literature review process to research and then write a paper. Your paper must focus on Denmark, and answer the following question: How would we know if/when that country achieves sustainability?
The paper must include at least one sustainability framework from the academic literature (“Sustainability In Transition” Principles for Developing Solutions by Travis Gliedt and Kelli Larson. ISBN 978-1-138-69013-4), a clear definition of sustainability, and a historical analysis of progress towards sustainability in that country. Students must also find, analyze and display one secondary data source in a table or graph format to help answer the question.
The final paper will take the form of a journal article. It will include an introduction, literature review, results, discussion, and conclusion section. The paper will be 15 pages, double-spaced, and 12-point Times New Roman font. The paper must cite a minimum of 15 peer-reviewed academic journal articles.
