Get a feel for the range of job titles, salaries, and qualifications required at each level.
Write a summary of what your discovered in this search.
Include in your report the average salary for a senior HR professional (VP and director), average salary for a mid-level HR professional (HR Manager) and average salary for a lower level HR Manager (Benefits manager, etc.). Define what a generalist is.
