2. Analyse what might be the major resistance from employees on the recommendations made above and, using appropriate change models and interventions, how might the CEO mitigate this employee resistance?

Using a tool, identify what favours change and what is against it
Suggest strategies how the case study CEO can manage both
What employees go through during change (discuss with the help of a model)
Identify different forms of resistance by employees and its effects on the case study organisation
Identify how you might address resistance through the various stages of change
Discuss how to communicate with employees in the case study org. when they are resisting.
