1. Written Report
1.1 The Basics
a) In writing your report, you should answer all questions of the following questions:

b) Use 12-point Times New Roman, 2.54 cm margins, left justified, double-spaced, and single-sided. The body of the paper will be 14-15 pages (excluding the title page and the bibliography). Any pages beyond the maximum will not be read and will not be included in your grade.
c) To successfully complete this assignment, each team will need to make sufficient references to the custom textbook and to at least 6 additional publications, which may come from academic and/or practitioner journals.
d) All in-text citations and references must be written in accordance with American Psychological Association (APA) guidelines (
1.2 Layout
a. The title page of the report should have the course name, date, your group name, your group members’ full name. Student number is not required. I will do this
b. You need to include a brief introduction and a deep conclusion to the report. Moreover, your report should be organized in line with the questions for the topic assigned to your group.
c. Number the pages, bottom right.
1.3 Submitting the Assignment:
a) Submit your group report in a MS Word file to the course website
1.4 Evaluation Criteria
a) The degree to which each listed question is answered thoroughly.
b) Your demonstrated insight into the assigned corporate governance topic.
c) The degree to which the report is well written. Spelling, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to technical requirements are all important. Make sure you allow yourselves sufficient time to edit, review, and edit again you’re writing.
d) The appropriate use of APA guidelines.
