Purpose: The purpose of this project is to help you evaluate the principles and practice of organizational leadership and learning in an organization, create an action plan to help an organization manage the problem it may be faced with, as well formulate your own personal views on leadership, learning and change.

Present ethical dilemmas faced by organization(s). How did the organization(s) address it? Do you agree and/or what suggestions do you propose?
Your paper must be written within 15-pages, including references. It must include the following sections:
1. A title page, including your full name, title of the paper, submission date and course title/number
2. An abstract of less than 250 words on a separate page
3. Body of the paper that provides:
a. An introduction of the topic area, including a description of the topic, and how it is understood/ applied in the literature and/or practice;
b. Major views practice of the selected topic: This section must include both theoretical perspective and practice of the selected topic. If there are any gaps between theory and practice, these must be clearly identified.
c. Description and explanation of the case organization, and how the selected topic applies to it.
d. Conclusions: This should include future directions of the topic, action plan for the organization, and implications for practice and research.
e. References (on a separate page).
Make sure to use the APA format for font, spacing, headings, references in text and the reference list. You must cite all references you use, both in the text and the reference list.
