A 2000 word report to be submitted in Week 12. It must link theory to the case study, BrewDog.
2,000 Word Individual Report and Reflective Component – Deadline 14:00 on Tuesday 14th December 2021
For the individual report, the task you will complete is to:
Prepare a written report to BrewDog CEO James Watt on the main problem(s) facing BrewDog, and suggest realistic and relevant solutions to these.
Your report must be based on your analysis of at least three of the case study materials.
You can address the same materials and issues you covered in your presentation, or you can consider different materials and issues, but the work you submit must be your own – i.e., written by yourself, without sharing with others.
Again, your answer should be linked to relevant theories and concepts from the module. The reflective component is not included in your word limit.
Reflective Component:
Your reflective component is a reflection on your contribution to your presentation, and what you/the team feel you could have done better. You might consider what role you took in the team (Links to an external site.), and whether this led to good outcomes for the you/the team.
You could consider the issues that you/the team encountered while preparing the presentation, and think about your role in causing or mitigating these problems. Above all, consider what you could do better, or differently, next time to improve your/your team’s performance and why you think this will make a difference.
Present this as a table at the end of your report.
