Assignment:
Profile of a current serving C.E.O./President of a business or non-profit organization of interest to you. You may or may not choose to write about the current serving C.E.O./President of the company that you profiled in your completed mid-term assignment paper.
In the Introduction Section of your paper:
Identify the current serving C.E.O./President by their name/title and business or organization State the length of service of the C.E.O./President in their current leadership assignment.
Identify the C.E.O./President/s self proclaimed “leadership approach” and compare to any published reports regarding the management/leadership style of this individual. Complete the Introduction Section by citing the source(s) for your information in this paper.
In the Body/Narrative section of your paper: Focus upon one or more examples of the management/leadership approach of the C.E.O./President and their effectiveness. State your opinion if the management/leadership approach of the C.E.O./President would or would not be effective in other businesses/organizations and why so.
Reflect upon the management/leadership approach of this C.E.O./President and compare it to any published (textbook and/or article) management/leadership theory.
