Comparative Scholarly Works
Overview
The literature review is a process where you synthesize current research and scholarly literature to identify historical aspects of the topic, common trends, and current implications of the proposed research. The literature review should address the cause or causes of the problem or topic, elaborate on the current state of the literature regarding the problem or topic, and present prior solutions to the problem or research questions. This assignment provides the opportunity to practice locating, analyzing, and synthesizing current peer-reviewed scholarly journal articles.
