3800 word two-part assignment:

Part 1 – Submit an 800 word Case Summary Report using the headings detailed below.

Part 2 – Submit a 3000 word Assignment addressing the task set out above.

Note that your assignment should incorporate case law examples where relevant and explore policy initiatives at both a macro and micro level, whilst ensuring that each learning outcome has been met.
