3.1. Generalized Definition of Project Governance.
Reflect the thinking driven actions you conducted to generalize the definition from 4 others and understand how the following writing structure communicates your documented thoughts in a manner that is logically reasoned and potentially easy to read and follow if and when you apply the appropriate paragraphing techniques correctly.
3.1.1. The 4 Selected Definitions of Project Governance
State the selection criteria of your 4 definitions (of which one is instructed) before you list each one in a concise and comprehensive manner. Citations must be included, and D and HD papers would show evidence of additional citations (other than those given) that present extended literature review.

Use the table format given to summarize your analysis findings. Make sure you introduce the analysis purpose and how the table contents are developed before presenting the table. Governance, as a general practice definition, refers to a framework of principles and guiding rules and mechanisms (aka compliance requirements) that steer or control behaviors and actions towards achieving some desired goals, and includes risks management obligations.
There are many levels of interconnecting governance frameworks, from corporate level to different business unit to enterprise functional levels, including portfolio, program and project levels. In this unit, the focus is on project governance and briefly its relationship with corporate governance.
3.1.3.A generalized definition
Present the generalized definition as a concise but comprehensive statement that captures the key highlights of your earlier analysis discussions. Critique its strengths and weaknesses, recommending future (research linked) resolutions to mitigate the identified weaknesses.
3.2. The role/s of project governance in organisational strategy implementation
Critique the paper’s confusing attempts to describe the integration roles of project governance to organisation strategies and put clarify of these integration roles, if you can. Based on what you have learnt through workshops and applied learning classes, and your analysis of Assignment 1 given paper, present and justify your own perspective of these integration roles that link strategy implementation to project planning, which includes project governance requirement setups.
