Task
You are required to produce one essay submission of 2,500 words AND a reflective statement of between 200 and 500 words.
Subject.
Taking one organisation write an essay. Any firm you want to examine:
(1) Suggest the most important value proposition among the three value propositions (or value disciplines: Treacy & Wiersema, 1993). Explain why it is most important by analyzing its business strategy

(2) With a strategic-fit approach, evaluate how its current HRM practices support (or don’t support) the delivery of the key value proposition
(3) Based on the evaluation of its current HRM practices, make three recommendations with regard to its HRM practices and explain how your recommendations would contribute to the improvement of its organisational performance with reference to the strategic-fit approach
Please remember that your recommendations need creative thinking and at the same time your key arguments need to be sound and supported by the theoretical framework you choose.

You can choose any organization that you know about its business and HRM to some degree.
Reflective statement.
For the reflective statement you need to write key lessons you have learned from this module, which are important to you. The reflective statement will be evaluated as an ‘evidence of reflection on the lessons learned through the module’, one of the marking criteria of the coursework.
