Summary of relevant and critical points from the case
Briefly summarize the case by including only relevant and important facts about the company. Do not include too much details, but should include critical facts about the organization from the case.
*Warning: Do not copy and paste from the case. It should be concise and succinct summary that YOU extracted from the case. It should be your writing.
*Do not use bullet points throughout the entire paper. Always write in sentences.
Problem
*Instruction: The problems that the company in the case is facing are many, but I will give you a problem you have to write about in this paper: “How can the company maintain their unique culture as the company grows bigger?” Focus only on this problem I provided here, do not bring up other problems on your own. Your job for this section is to write down the problem and then elaborate on the problem (i.e., describe and explain about the problem in greater detail (refer to the last part of the case, “CONCERNS” for more information on the problem.
Critical Analyses
*Instruction: Choose 2 chapters from our textbook that help you better understand the problem. For each chapter, provide the definition of the concepts first, and then explain how those concepts are applied to the case and help you better understand the problem the company is facing. You should demonstrate your critical thinking skills.
In this section, you should have two subheadings: First chapter, Second chapter.
Two Possible Solutions to the Problem
Suggest two possible solutions to the problem described in the second section . Under the company’s further growth and expansion, what specific suggestions you can make so the company will be able to maintain their unique culture? For each possible solution, explain the solution including how it can solve the problem, and discuss its pros and cons, and then moves on the next solution. The solutions must be practically useful well thought-out specific ones that the CEO would appreciate.
