⦁ Describe the system in place to address both mental health and substance use problems jointly .
⦁ In what ways can improving individual and social competence prevent substance use?
⦁ Describe some of the benefits of Life Skills Training, including how it may help in the prevention of infectious disease that co-occurs with substance use .
