2.In arbitration and judicial hearings there are differences. Arbitration is informal and judicial hearings are formal. Arbitrators are selected by the parties to the disputes. Judges are not. Arbitration is also done outside the court and judicial hearings are done inside the court. Arbitrators will rule on proven past practices seen but not in the contractual agreement when interpreting contract provisions.
