Journal Article Critique
Find and critique a journal article from the Library published in 2015 or newer that discusses and expands upon one of the following topics that were discussed in this module: US federal disaster recovery programs ; Disaster recovery funding mechanisms; Long-term recovery planning; Disaster housing ; and The Small Business Administration Recovery Assistance.
You can investigate any aspects of these systems. This article or report can relate to the efficacy of these systems, of the evolution of these systems, adoption or history of the systems. The article should refer to either the United States’ experience or international experience.
Your critique should include the following:
Complete article reference;
In your own words, write a summary of the article ;
Reflect on this article; give your perspective on how this disaster was recovered.
Requirements:
Your written paper should be 2-3 pages in length not counting the title and reference pages, which you must include. Use terms, evidence, and concepts from class readings.
Cite at least three scholarly sources for this assignment. Scholarly resources include: peer-reviewed journal articles, books, the class textbook, or reports/documents from the government.
