Obesity and breast cancer: Do adipocytes facilitate breast cancer cell tumorigenesis
It shall divide into 4 Chapters, for the first chapter, it shall include the background of the breast cancer and most likely to relate to the separate project in ch2 and ch3.
ch2 is an experimental based project that done before lock-down. In brief it examined how the breast cancer cell lines behave under adipocytes-derived conditioned medium.
Ch3 is a meta-analysis of METEBRIC study. Basically to analysis the study based on the clinical outcomes.
Ch4 is a summary of both experiment and the meta-analysis.
