For the first assignment, you have to reflect on our core problem that you’ve experienced in the workplace or identify a real problem that you would like to explore. Use the basic problem-solving framework from module one (Simon framework for steps) and complete a table and a concept map that covers these key points:
Step 1, Defining the problem. This leads to Step 2, Diagnosing cause. This leads to Step 3, Diagnosing solutions. This leads to Step 4, Choosing the solutions.
