INTRODUCTION
Analysing the business environment led the stakeholders to understand the essential knowledge
of a range of business organisations and many internal and external factors that impact and shape
the business practice of organisations in a complex macro and micro level. Hence, this perspective
provides us to understand how the development of local, national and global markets impact on
all businesses.
TASK
You have been recruited as a management consultant to deliver a business briefing about how
organisations recruit, retain and engage employees in a fast-changing business environment.
Drawing upon appropriate theories, you are required to produce a 1,800-word briefing report. In
this report, you should guide on the internal and external forces (including the requirements of
stakeholders) which will change and influence the organisation. The briefing should also report on
how these inform an understanding of the changing nature of work in a private sector organisation
of your choice. This cannot be the same as in any previous submission.
You should identify an appropriate organisational context for your study could be in nursing, care,
and education industries. It may help you to identify a particular organisation and use that as your
focus case. Your audience is the attendees of the senior management team meeting. In this report,

operate in.
2. Illustrate and explain the impact of environmental forces on organisations at a micro
and macro level.
3. Assess the significance of impact of environmental forces at an organisation, market,
sector or industry level.
4. Demonstrate an understanding of the requirements of a variety of stakeholders to a
chosen organisation.
5. Measure and appraise the effectiveness of the responses of organisations to policy
actions taken by key stakeholders.
