Purpose:

The purpose of this assignment is to help you reflect on effective strategies in explore plays for practicing participative/democratic (and ultimately transformational) leadership to empower others, show empathy and respect, challenge ideas, assert formal authority effectively, recognize opportunities for influence, and elicit employee commitment.
