In your paper, explain how she shaped gender equality in the 1970s as she argued as a lawyer in front of the Supreme Court. Discuss all the cases she argued in front of the Supreme Court as she chipped away at gender discrimination.
She went on to be appointed to the Supreme Court in the 1990s. She was a remarkable woman who just passed away and her impact will be felt for generations to come.
There is a second documentary called “On the Basis of Sex” that you can also reference. Both documentaries were made in 2018.
