Your Chief Executive has asked you to prepare a report for the Board about how HR supports the organisation.

Your report should relate specifically to your organisation  and should:

Analyse the forces that are currently shaping the organisation’s HR agenda.

Compare the strengths and weaknesses of two different tools HR might use for analysing the organisation’s business environment.

Comment on the key stages of strategy formulation and implementation in the organisation, and how HR are involved in, or support this process.

Examine how HR contributes to business ethics and accountability in the organisation.

Give examples of how the organisation’s performance is evaluated and how HR supports the business to maintain its required performance, through ongoing business planning and change management.

Assess three different sources of business data and explain how HR might use these to support planning activities.
