Choose one of the following medical complaints:

• Severe APO (cardiac)

• Severe APO (non-cardiac)

• Narrow complex tachycardia (stable then unstable)

• Severe anaphylaxis

• Prolonged seizure

• Symptomatic bradycardia

• Complete all relevant information on the PCRF which is shown in the example format.

• You are required to use critical thinking in regards to the presenting complaint, including documenting relevant signs and symptoms for a patient presenting with the condition.

• Include the investigations you have completed to rule out any other differential diagnoses.

• A minimum of 3 sets of observations is required showing an appropriate trend (whether it be improvement or deterioration post relevant treatment).

• Include all relevant interventions and medication administration from your third year scope of practice. In regards to medication administration you should be including appropriate dosages and interval regimes (from your ECU dosage matrix).

• Document how you transport your patient and under what transport considerations.
