Description
You are a development consultant and have been instructed by your client (Golden Brick Developments) to prepare an affordable housing viability assessment and report to support a planning application for a proposed mixed-use development.
The purpose of the report is to establish how much affordable housing the proposed development can viably provide, and to justify the proposed provision to the local planning authority using appropriate evidence.
