Develop a tactical organizational plan to address changes in the collection of the core clinical data set MIPS/Meaningful Use Stage 3) and the new USCDI v1. Complete this as if you were presenting this to Executive Leadership and Directors of Operations.
When presenting your plan address the following items:

How will you minimize operational disruption during and after the changes?
Who will monitor these steps?
