You get to be creative here, and then you will research the company further from a case study perspective concerning the issue.

You may analyze possible challenges posed by any internal or external stakeholder and the company’s responses. You may start in the academic literature for now and then during your internship add additional information. Types of elements you may want to provide in your outline (a) external analysis (identification and definition of the need the case study would address, any healthcare issue/s, public policy impacts, primary external and internal stakeholders, and/or competitive factors,

(b) internal analysis (description of service capabilities or services provided),

(c) identification and analysis of possible strategies that may include cost factors, etc.,

(d) recommendations, and

(e) assessment of the specific ethical and societal impact of recommended strategies. Those are just a few thoughts, but you may think about something different. Again, you may be creative here.
