Mandalas and Vision Board Mandalas – go on line and print two mandalas to color. Choose any mandala that “speaks” to you. Color it with colored pencils, while listening to soothing meditative music. Allow yourself to do this in a quiet space, give yourself AT LEAST 1 HOUR for each mandala.

Choose music that resonates with you, nature sounds, Om chanting, Gregorian chants, classical piano music, sonatas, or any music that you find relaxing.
