II. Reflect on the different strategic priorities of the two business models for

Compare and contrast their operations strategy and identify their stakeholder interests
and priorities.

III. Compare and contrast the different challenges the two organisations operations management
faced in order to deliver on the strategic goals identified above.
Include an analysis using 4Vs
and quality management. Separate out different market sectors for each case as appropriate.

IV. Identify how Smith and Jones can draw on the larger law firm outlined in the paper by Lewis
and Brown (2012)

V. Conclude with recommendations for Smith and Jones for their future operations
