Module Learning Outcomes to be achieved in assignment
1. Demonstrate and critically reflect on a comprehensive knowledge base to support safe and effective practice, critically justifying decisions and actions using an appropriate evidence- base.

Assignment aim
The aim of this assignment is for you to critically reflect on your personal and professional development across the final year of practice learning. You will focus on the professional values, proficiencies and skills required to co-ordinate, lead, and manage complex evidence based person-centred care. This can be presented in written or video format.

What constitutes a submission
Work will be classed as a submission if an attempt is made to address the assignment task and the related learning outcomes. This may be in the form of a plan which outlines your proposed content. Work at this level is unlikely to achieve a pass grade but will allow for a second submission. Work that does not attempt to address the assignment task and the related learning outcomes will be classed as a non-submission.
