what led to their filling the suit, if there was a settlement and what was the end result?
4.Stereotypes that continue to persist. Include a minimum of two stereotypes and their impact on the group. Are they positive or negative stereotypes? How did they start? How are they reinforced? How to combat them?
5.Any considerations to better lead this sub-culturein the workplace. Knowing what you know now about this group, what policies, practices, programs, would you put in place to ensure these individuals feel valued, respected, and understood in the workplace?How would you ensure that managers and supervisors have the skills to lead this group effectively?
